Things That Make You Go Hmmm...........

My initial reaction was, "Yes it is!" I then had to go back and take a picture of this and start showing it to people. I am guessing they have the sign in case it snows, but then wouldn't you make the sign higher? Not sure. This past year I've received some strange things in the mail at work. One was a postcard which had my name on the label and below that it read "personal and confidential." I immediatly became concerned that someone might have read the postcard prior to it getting to me. I stopped short of strongly questioning the mail room. I also recieved a post card from another company who's slogan was "Enduring Excellence." I thought these people must be really, really good. I've had to endure, long shopping trips with my wife, an eight hour drive with screaming children and long boring movies with subtitles. On the rare occassion I somehow manage to achieve excellence (likely by accident) I've never felt like I had to endure it. So when I recieved this post card, I could not imagine being so good that it becomes tedious and tiresome to the point that you have to endure it.
TAD POLE UPDATE:
We have one frog, still unnamed. The other tadpole has been labeled "developmentally challenged". These guys appear to be survivors. Now at first you would think it must be easy keeping frogs alive, however I have learned this weekend it takes quite a bit of effort. I'm not sure how much longer we can keep it up. We actually have to create our own frickin life cycle. The frogs only survive if you feed them crickets. Which means I have to buy crickets at the pet store. As we can't go and buy one cricket everday we have to buy a few at a time. Now I not only have to keep frogs alive I have to keep the crickets alive too. The first batch didn't last 24 hours. We had to go out and buy more crickets. I have to feed the crickets with fish food and provide them with water. Hopefully we will be able to keep seven crickets alive long enough to feed the frog. In the event the other tadpole ever decides to evolve this will necessitant us having to keep 14 crickets alive for a week. Possibly more in case one escapes. It's extemely difficult to pull one cricket out without having a few pop out of the box. I had a nightmare last night that the kids came home with a pet snake and the snake had to eat frogs which meant I had to raise more tadpoles and buy more crickets. I woke up in a cold sweat....................................
